J&M Products has designed and manufactured all new Mustang Billet Aluminum Vertical Links for the

J&M Products has designed and manufactured all new Mustang Billet Aluminum Vertical Links for the 2015-2018 Mustang S550 GT, EcoBoost and V6 constructed from aircraft grade 6061-T6511 aluminum. These all new Vertical Links feature precision machined delrin bushings along with spherical bearings for a hybrid/modular vertical link. They also incorporate CNC machined billet tapered reducer bushings for the perfect bolt-in fit.  The use of our specially designed delrin bushings and spherical rod end bushings instead of standard bushings provides a vertical link that eliminates deflection and provides consistency in the rear suspension geometry under the most demanding conditions.

Unique to these vertical links are the special built designed J&M Products modular concept.delrin bushings that are utilized at the subframe/suspension mounting locations where traditionally the bushings are made from synthetic elastomer or a polyurethane material. Available finishes are baremachined aluminum, red and black anodized. Delrin is a versatile engineering plastic with metal-like properties, they include high strength; stiffness; fatigue endurance; moisture, gasoline, solvent, and chemical resistance; excellent dimensional stability; and a wide temp range. Another benefit of delrin is being a great option for racers who want more hard-core performance, yet don’t want the full-on NVH issues of spherical rod ends or aluminum bushings. And speaking of NVH, another benefit of Delrin bushings is their natural lubricity — they’re self-lubricating!
